My favourite sandwich spot in the whole city! This place has an ideal location and is so convenient and quick to pop in for a quick lunch during a regular work day. You can expect to get your order in about 5 minutes! Being vegetarian I don't usually find options at sandwich places, but they're so nice that they actually replace the meat with avocado or roasted peppers! Ingredients are supper fresh and they have a variety of different types of breads to choose from. Totally love this place.

Over the years, I've been told by many a mentor to trust my gut. Little did they know that I've been doing that ever since the first day of my senior year of high school, when my economics teacher went around the room asking students icebreaker questions. When she got to me, she questioned what my favorite food was and I blurted out the first thing that came to mind: chicken parmigiana. And I would do anything for good chicken parm. Like go on a 10-minute subway ride in the middle of a work day to get the chicken parmigiana sandwich here. Let's level set: it isn't the best chicken parm I've had. But for a hole-in-the-wall in the Financial District, it's a pretty solid deal. The sauce completes the chicken parm experience though, and since I got this on sliced bread, the sandwich was a little awkward to eat. But at least I got to check a Manhattan lunch break experience off my chicken parm bucket list.

If you're looking for a quick place to grab a sandwich and maybe some soup during your lunch break this is the stop. I got the sandwich of the day with some soup and it's nothing to write home about. A pretty straightforward sandwich with thinly sliced grilled chicken, avocado, greens, and mayo. Soup was a nice hearty carrot and squash soup that tasted much better than it sounds. Pretty simple but if you got a 1 hr lunch break and want something easy and filling this is a great spot. Order online and pickup if ya can, line gets pretty long during lunch.
